Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) announced that its board of directors, chaired by Boaz Levy, has appointed Guy Bar Lev as the company's new CEO. This decision was made on Tuesday, with Bar Lev currently serving as acting CEO until the appointment receives formal approval from government ministers, as required by the Government Companies Law. The appointment follows Boaz Levy's recent transition from CEO to chairman of the board about two months ago. Levy had been CEO since 2020 before assuming his current role.
