MK Tali Gottlieb Clashes With Judge Over Photographing Document in Netanyahu Trial

During the testimony of attorney Shaham Shavit in the ongoing trial of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a notable incident occurred involving Member of Knesset Tali Gottlieb. Gottlieb took a photo of a document inside the courtroom, prompting Judge Rivka Friedman-Feldman, who is presiding over the case, to order her to stop, citing a strict prohibition on photography in the courtroom. Gottlieb refused to comply and responded sharply, rejecting the judge's address as "ma'am" and asserting her identity as an MK, denying any wrongdoing or secretive behavior.

Attorney Amit Hadad attempted to intervene and calm the situation by offering to bring the document to Gottlieb instead of photographing it, but she firmly declined his assistance, stating she could represent herself. Chen also presented a memorandum from May 3, 2011, highlighting irregularities in the Securities Authority's investigative documentation, including delayed marking of emails by investigator Polina.
