Kabbalist Rabbi Isaac Luria’s Teachings Inspire Prayer and Charity on His Yahrzeit in Safed

On the 5th of Av, marking the yahrzeit of Rabbi Isaac Luria (the Arizal), a leading figure in Jewish mysticism, a special prayer event will take place in Safed, Israel. Rabbi Avish Tzinveirt, a prominent kabbalist and disciple of the Arizal’s teachings, will lead the prayers at the Arizal’s holy site, a historic pilgrimage destination known for countless miracles over generations.

The Arizal, who revealed deep mystical insights into Torah and divine service, emphasized practical spiritual guidance, notably the commandment to "love your neighbor as yourself" as a prerequisite for effective prayer.
