59-Year-Old Bnei Brak Man Found Dead in Ramat Gan Park After Extensive Search

A 59-year-old man from Bnei Brak was found dead in Wadi Kofar Park (Yedidya Garden) on HaTefutzot Street in Ramat Gan after hours of searching. Volunteers from ZAKA's missing persons unit located him around 2:00 a.m. following a report that contact had been lost with him earlier in the evening. Upon receiving the alert, ZAKA volunteers immediately established a command post in Ramat Gan and conducted systematic searches using technological tools.

During the search, the man was found unconscious. Despite thorough medical examinations by ZAKA rescue volunteers and Magen David Adom teams, he was declared dead at the scene. The search involved dozens of volunteers working tirelessly through the night. ZAKA volunteers Yossi Titelboim and Yossi Krakukli from the Chesed Shel Emet unit handled the scene with respect and care, coordinating with police and forensic teams to ensure proper procedures for the deceased.

The body was transferred to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine for further examination. Meanwhile, ZAKA's legal division is working with relevant authorities to expedite the release of the body to the family for a dignified burial. Volunteers continue to support the bereaved family during this difficult time.
