During the targeted search conducted by the forces at the site, several industrial lathes were found, as well as a large amount of specialized equipment used to produce, maintain and repair various weapons. All of the findings located, including the lathes and the accompanying equipment, were seized and transferred for further administrative and investigative handling.
This is not an isolated incident but part of an ongoing fight against criminal organizations and gangs in Arab society in Judea and Samaria. About two months ago, as part of a broad enforcement operation in the area, 201 weapons were seized, including dozens of rifles, pistols, grenades, explosive devices and even LAW anti-tank missiles. District Commander Chief Superintendent Meir Eliyahu made clear: "Hundreds of criminal attacks were prevented."
