Hapoel Haifa Wins 2-0 Against FC Vora in Preseason Friendly
Hapoel Haifa secured a 2-0 victory over Albanian Superliga team FC Vora in their second preseason match held during their training camp on Saturday. The goals came early, with Yaad Gonen scoring in the third minute following an excellent cross from Ariel Mendy, and Naor Sabag doubling the lead in the 16th minute after intercepting a defensive error.
The starting lineup featured Yoav Jarafi; Noam Cohen, Ivan Kričak, Dario Župarić, Ariel Mendy; Lior Rokach, Naor Sabag, Yaad Gonen; Hayib Habiballah, Liran Rotman, and Alon Turgeman. In the second half, substitutes including Diba, Malul, Elkayam, Maam, Nahum, Dadia, Naim, Moataz, Maam, Hazan, and Ambar took the field.
Notably, trial foreign player Kenneth Maam was absent due to an injury sustained during training, alongside Sally Fahima and Itay Zaafrani, who were sidelined with minor injuries. Hapoel Haifa is scheduled to return to Israel on Monday.
