Israeli Civilians Found and Returned After Crossing Into Syria Near Golan Heights

Israeli civilians who crossed into Syrian territory near Majdal Shams on the Golan Heights were located and safely returned to Israel after a day-long search by IDF forces. The military began scanning the area last night to find the individuals and ensure their safe return. Upon being found, the civilians were detained and handed over to police for further processing. Additionally, several other civilians attempted to cross into Syria from southern Golan today but were stopped by security forces and transferred to police custody for investigation, according to an IDF spokesperson.
