90-Year-Old Man Arrested for Dragging Woman on Car in Havat Tomer

A 90-year-old man was arrested after injuring a woman in Havat Tomer near the Gush Junction. According to police, the suspect arrived at the location and began filming. After an argument with a local teenager, he got into his car and lightly hit the teenager. A local woman approached the vehicle to inquire about the incident, but the suspect drove off while she was holding onto the car, dragging her several meters. The woman sustained minor injuries. The suspect was detained for questioning, and his vehicle was impounded.
