He was named to the EuroCup All-League First Team and earned the Finals MVP award, averaging 16.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game that season. In the finals against Gran Canaria, he posted 22 points and 3.5 rebounds per game, leading the team to the championship and a EuroLeague qualification.
Motley continued to be a significant contributor in Hapoel's debut EuroLeague season, helping the team reach the playoffs with averages of 8.3 points and 2.4 rebounds per game. Over two seasons in the Israeli Premier League, he played 42 regular-season games, averaging 14.6 points and 5 rebounds, and 14 playoff games with averages of 12.4 points and 4.9 rebounds. Motley is expected to join Crvena Zvezda Belgrade next.
