Iran Warns Syrian Rebel Leader Against Attacking Hezbollah Amid US Pressure

Iran has issued a direct threat to Abu Muhammad al-Julani, the leader of Syrian rebel forces, warning him against attacking Hezbollah. Mustafa Najafi, a former adviser to senior Iranian official Mohsen Rezaei, revealed that Tehran has decided to respond with heavy missile and drone strikes if al-Julani attempts to fight Hezbollah to appease the US administration under Donald Trump. This stern warning has already been communicated to al-Julani's forces. Iran perceives the US strategy as an effort to corner Hezbollah and cautions those controlling large parts of Syria not to interfere with what it calls Iran's "asset" in Lebanon. Tehran emphasizes that any attempt to dismantle Hezbollah will result in severe consequences.
