Amidst his rehabilitation, Alcaraz took a brief vacation in Italy, where he was seen aboard his luxury 27-meter yacht, valued at around 10 million euros, near the Amalfi Coast. He was accompanied by three other couples, but notably spent intimate and romantic moments with an unidentified blonde woman, according to Jorge Borrajo, editor-in-chief of the Spanish magazine Semana. Borrajo shared photos and described how the pair sought privacy from the other guests to get to know each other better.

The yacht made stops in Procida, Ischia, and Capri during the trip. Recently, Alcaraz was also seen with Spanish singer Ana Mena at a padel tournament in Marbella, which sparked rumors of a romantic relationship. However, Borrajo firmly denied these claims, clarifying that the mysterious blonde is not Ana Mena. The identity of the woman remains unknown, pending further sightings or official comments from Alcaraz or his representatives.
