MK Hili Tropper Launches New Party 'Zionist Home' in Center-Right Bloc
Ahead of the upcoming elections, the political landscape in Israel's center-right is taking shape with the official unveiling of a new party named 'Zionist Home.' The party was founded by Member of Knesset Hili Tropper, who recently left the State Camp faction. This announcement comes just a week after Tropper declared a joint run with former Communications Minister Yoaz Hendel. The two politicians, who have previously collaborated in various political frameworks, aim to present a political alternative that blends national and state values.
The new party also attracted notable figures from the Religious Zionism sector and social activism. Among the prominent new members are Shira Shapira, a former senior official in the Ministry for Social Equality, and Elisaf Peretz, an educator and leading social activist who is the son of Miriam Peretz. Both are expected to hold key positions on the Zionist Home's Knesset list, strengthening the party's profile ahead of the elections.
