Fly Card Launches Major Promotion Offering Free Flights for New Members
Fly Card, Israel's only airline-affiliated credit card, has launched a large-scale promotion allowing new members to earn a free flight to popular European destinations. Customers who join the program and accumulate purchases totaling 10,000 shekels by the end of November will qualify for a complimentary flight to cities such as Rome, Barcelona, Vienna, Prague, Budapest, and Athens. The offer is limited to 50,000 seats and is valid until August 5 or until the seats run out, whichever comes first.
Fly Card offers several card types tailored to different customer needs. The basic card earns one frequent flyer point for every 5 shekels spent, while the Premium Select card improves this rate to one point per 4.5 shekels and includes diamond points for status upgrades. The Fly Card Premium provides accelerated point accumulation with one point per 4 shekels spent domestically and one point per 3 shekels on foreign currency purchases. The AMEX Premium card offers an additional 50% discount on foreign currency conversion fees, benefiting frequent international travelers.
New Premium Select members who join by October 31, 2026, receive a 25% discount on their first-year card fees. Beyond point accumulation, cardholders enjoy flight-related perks such as priority upgrades, preferred seating, and discounted extra baggage. Additional benefits include a Tuesday promotion with 50% off point redemptions, exclusive discounts on the Fly Store e-commerce site, and a new 1+1 free flight ticket offer starting in 2027.
The Fly Card loyalty club reports that over one billion points were redeemed last year for flight tickets, seat upgrades, and extra baggage, with more than one million tickets purchased using points. The club emphasizes that cardholders "fly thanks to the card." Interested customers are encouraged to join immediately to take advantage of the promotion and benefits.
