Stars of Israeli Hit Series 'Kupa Rishit' Join Festigal 2026 Lineup

The cast of Festigal 2026, Israel's popular annual Hanukkah musical show, continues to expand with the addition of two beloved actors from the hit TV series "Kupa Rishit." Yaniv Suissa and Daniel Steupin, known for their iconic roles as Nissim and Anatoli, were announced as new participants on Tuesday. Their characters have become fan favorites due to their humor and chemistry, which they are expected to bring to the Festigal stage.

Yaniv Suissa is an actor, creator, voice actor, and director with a broad career including appearances in "Ramzor," "Kfula," "Shabas," and "Lihyot Itoh." He is especially recognized for his role as Nissim Shimony in "Kupa Rishit." Daniel Steupin, a graduate of Beit Zvi acting school, is an actor, stand-up comedian, and creator known for his role as Anatoli Kirilenko in the same series. He has also appeared in productions such as "HaChabadnikim," "Sovietzka," and "Indel."

This will be the first time Suissa and Steupin perform together at Festigal. Their popular duo from television is expected to bring humor and memorable moments to the large Hanukkah stage. Their inclusion strengthens the Festigal 2026 lineup, which already features stars like Shahar Taboch, Amir Banai, Omer Nudelman, Ran Danker, and Israel Atiyas, promising a blend of music, comedy, and prominent Israeli entertainment figures.
