Organized by the Nachat organization after careful planning, the gathering aimed to honor the survivors and underscore the president's commitment to combating antisemitism and preserving Holocaust memory for future generations.

Among the survivors was Mrs. Blau from Borough Park, who described the experience as deeply moving. She expressed admiration for Trump, noting he appeared "even better in person," and humorously remarked that Secretary of State Marco Rubio looked "like a little boy." The survivors also met Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law, and were impressed by the Oval Office's beauty.

A poignant moment arose when the topic of four children needing urgent funding for medical treatment flights was discussed. One survivor recalled the family reaching out to the White House for help, and Trump revealed that he personally covered the costs. During the conversation, the president asked the women to share their survival stories. Mrs. Blau took the opportunity to urge Trump to "always keep Israel in your thoughts," to which he promptly replied, "Of course, of course, ma'am."

Before parting, Trump presented each survivor with a presidential coin from his personal desk. When asked what she would do with the coin, Mrs. Blau joked that she was unsure, noting humorously, "It's not a 'Rabbi's' coin." The meeting concluded with warm wishes for health and longevity from the president and White House staff to the heroic survivors.
