Yair Golan Urges 90% Arab Voter Turnout to Drive Political Change in Israel
Yair Golan, chairman of the Democratic Party in Israel, has called on the Arab population in Israel to vote in large numbers in the upcoming Knesset elections to help bring about political change. Speaking in Arabic, Golan emphasized that Israel will be a better country when all its citizens fully participate in shaping its future. He highlighted the Arab community as an integral part of the nation's future and stressed that their votes can create a new reality.
Golan stated, "It is time to choose hope. Together, we will build a democratic, just, and equal Israel, a better country for all its citizens." During a meeting with Arab residents, he assured that the Democratic Party views the Arab public as an essential part of Israel and promised that in the next government, his party would lead key ministries to ensure the Arab community feels valued as citizens.
He underscored the necessity of political change and urged the Arab electorate to believe in themselves and vote, stating, "I need you at the ballot box. Without that, there will be no change. Everyone must know this, from young to old. You all must vote. Just as you vote at 90% in local elections, do the same for the Knesset."
