EY Israel Appoints Yuval Gannai and Noam Kanti as Co-CEOs Ahead of 2027 Leadership Transition
EY Israel announced the appointment of Yuval Gannai and Noam Kanti as co-CEOs as part of a planned leadership transition scheduled for 2027. Both Gannai and Kanti have been with the firm for about 30 years and currently serve as managing partners. They will assume their new roles while Sharon Shulman, the current CEO and chairman, will remain chairman until his retirement in February 2027.
Noam Kanti, 56, leads EY Israel's high-tech sector and established the firm's Israeli desk in Palo Alto, Silicon Valley. He also founded and managed a joint venture between EY firms in Israel and Russia. Yuval Gannai, 52, has led audit activities for numerous companies and has been involved in many significant transactions in recent years.
Sharon Shulman praised both appointees as prominent and respected leaders with exceptional experience, proven leadership skills, and deep knowledge of clients, employees, and markets. Shulman will retire at age 60 in February 2027, in line with EY's retirement policy. After Kanti's retirement at age 60, Gannai will continue to lead EY Israel as chairman and CEO.
