One Dead and Two Critically Injured in Severe Car Crash Near Ar'ara Junction in Negev
A severe car accident occurred on Monday evening on Highway 80 near the Ar'ara junction in the Negev, resulting in one fatality and two serious injuries. A 25-year-old man was found trapped inside his vehicle by Magen David Adom (MDA) teams upon arrival, showing no signs of life and suffering from multiple traumatic injuries. Despite rescue efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Additionally, a 20-year-old man was evacuated to Soroka Medical Center in critical condition with multiple severe injuries, undergoing resuscitation during transport. Another man, aged 29, was also taken to the hospital in moderate condition, suffering from injuries to his back and limbs.
MDA paramedics Tripi Elhawashla, Madlen Abu Arar, and Ahmad Asem described the crash as very serious, involving two vehicles and resulting in three casualties.
