IDF Destroys Hamas Weapons Manufacturing Site in Gaza Amid Ongoing Terror Threats

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recently struck and destroyed a Hamas weapons manufacturing site in the Gaza City area. According to the IDF spokesperson, despite the ceasefire agreement, Hamas militants have been operating within the site to produce components for weapons, aiming to restore the group's military capabilities. The attack occurred while several Hamas operatives were actively engaged in planning and executing terror activities against Israeli forces and civilians.

The IDF emphasized that its Southern Command troops remain deployed in the area in accordance with the ceasefire and will continue efforts to neutralize immediate threats. Earlier this week, the IDF eliminated Hassan Mutzafa Zahir Al-Razina, a Hamas militant who posed an immediate danger to Israeli forces in northern Gaza. Al-Razina had recently attempted to plant explosives near the "yellow line" and was involved in planning further terror attacks.

Additionally, last week the IDF killed Muhammad Mahmoud Abd Al-Mati Fiumi, a Hamas operative from the Nukhba unit, who was actively advancing imminent terror plans against Israeli troops in Gaza. These targeted operations reflect ongoing IDF efforts to prevent Hamas from rebuilding its military infrastructure and conducting attacks despite the ceasefire.
