Maccabi Haifa's Manuel Shua and Matias Nahuel Arrive in Israel to Join Training

Manuel Shua and Matias Nahuel, the two foreign players of Maccabi Haifa, have arrived in Israel and are expected to join the team's training sessions. Although neither player is planned to be part of the squad for the upcoming season, they have come to Israel as they have not yet found new clubs and will begin training with Maccabi Haifa. This situation is not ideal for the club, as these players join a list of others who train according to their contracts but are not included in the team's plans, such as Peter Agbaye, Dolev Haziza, and Goni Naor.

Maccabi Haifa insists on selling Shua for around one million euros, while the club is eager to terminate Nahuel's contract. If a club is willing to cover Nahuel's full salary, Maccabi Haifa may release him without compensation. Both players have stated they will remain with the team until they find another club. Meanwhile, the club continues to address goalkeeper issues, aiming to advance the sale of Georgi Yermakov to Metalist Kharkiv and the acquisition of Omri Glazer this week.
