Young Woman Killed and Six Injured in Severe Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 6 Near Tayibe
A fatal multi-vehicle accident occurred overnight on Highway 6 near the city of Tayibe, resulting in the death of a young woman and injuries to six others. Emergency medical teams from Magen David Adom (MDA) arrived quickly at the scene, where they found the woman, approximately 20 years old, suffering from severe multiple trauma. Despite resuscitation efforts, she was pronounced dead at the site.
Six additional victims were transported to nearby hospitals, including a 21-year-old man in serious but conscious condition with multiple injuries, and a man around 30 years old in moderate condition with head and chest wounds. Four others sustained minor injuries. MDA paramedics Daniel Giat and Sadah Badran described the scene as extremely severe, noting the young woman was found unconscious, without pulse or breathing, with critical injuries.
Police forces have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash. The injured were taken to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva and Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba for further treatment.
