Woman Moderately Injured in Two-Car Crash on Highway 6 Near Gat

A two-vehicle collision occurred on Highway 6 near the settlement of Gat on Monday morning, resulting in two injuries. Emergency medical teams from Magen David Adom responded promptly after receiving the accident report at 09:38 from the Lachish region dispatch center.

Among the injured was a 52-year-old woman who sustained severe multiple injuries and was classified in moderate condition. She, along with another person with minor injuries, was transported by ambulance to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba for further treatment.

Police forces arrived at the scene to investigate the circumstances of the crash and to manage traffic in the area. The medical teams provided life-saving assistance at the site before evacuation.
