Population Authority Expels French Journalist From Israel
The Population and Immigration Authority has expelled the French journalist Alice Prossard from Israel. She had lived in the Jerusalem and Ramallah area for the past six years and worked for leading broadcast and press organizations in France.
According to the Diaspora Ministry, the reason was her claim that the October 7 attack should be examined in its “context,” after she accused Israel of “apartheid” and “massacre.” At the radio station where she worked, RFI, they condemned the decision and said it was a “hindrance to press freedom.”
