Lee completed his college basketball career at Western Michigan, posting averages of 13 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game. After college, he played professionally in Europe, including stints with Brno in the Czech Republic, where he averaged 13.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists, and with KTE Duna in Hungary, averaging 15.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game.
Hapoel Holon's head coach, Predrag Krunić, praised Lee as a physical power forward with good outside shooting and defensive skills, highlighting his experience across various European leagues.
