Hapoel Holon Signs Power Forward Greg Lee for Upcoming Season

Hapoel Holon officially announced the signing of 28-year-old power forward Greg Lee, who stands 2.06 meters tall, ahead of the next basketball season. Lee joins the Israeli team from the French club Le Portel, where he averaged 10.1 points, 4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game last season.

Lee completed his college basketball career at Western Michigan, posting averages of 13 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 2.6 assists per game. After college, he played professionally in Europe, including stints with Brno in the Czech Republic, where he averaged 13.8 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists, and with KTE Duna in Hungary, averaging 15.6 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game.

Hapoel Holon's head coach, Predrag Krunić, praised Lee as a physical power forward with good outside shooting and defensive skills, highlighting his experience across various European leagues. Daniel Ravitz, the club's professional manager, emphasized Lee's excellent shooting, mobility, and athleticism, calling him a key component of the team's playing style for the upcoming season and wishing him success.
