Israeli MMA Fighter Shimon Smotritsky Trains Wounded Soldiers in Rehabilitation Seminar
In early June, Israeli MMA fighter Shimon Smotritsky secured his second consecutive victory at the Tuff N Uff organization, defeating Ng Defri Stargel by judges' decision. After the match, he dedicated his win to the IDF soldiers who bravely defend Israel. Recently, Smotritsky gave back by conducting a training seminar for wounded soldiers affiliated with the Brothers for Life organization, which supports soldiers injured in combat operations. Smotritsky told Sport 5 that all the participants were combat unit fighters who sustained injuries defending their country. He emphasized that the seminar was part of their physical and mental rehabilitation and noted the emotional impact of the soldiers watching all his fights. Currently, Smotritsky holds a professional MMA record of 13 wins and 5 losses, having ended a losing streak with two convincing judges' decision victories in his last matches.
