Osama Khalaila Signs One-Year Deal with M.S. Ashdod with Option for Extension
Osama Khalaila officially signed with M.S. Ashdod on July 8, 2026, agreeing to a one-year contract with an option for an additional season. The 28-year-old striker, who made his debut for the Israeli national team and was previously acquired by Maccabi Tel Aviv from Bnei Sakhnin, played last season for Hapoel Acre in the Israeli National League, scoring nine league goals. Prior to that, Khalaila competed internationally with Cherkasy in Ukraine and Gabala in Azerbaijan, where he was the top scorer for Gabala with 10 goals and 7 assists.
