Maksim Sabag Convicted of Negligent Homicide for Deadly Illegal U-Turn on Highway 6

The Central District Court in Lod convicted Maksim Sabag from Yeruham of negligent homicide in connection with a fatal traffic accident on Highway 6 in June 2022. The court ruling detailed that Sabag was driving under the influence of a high amount of cocaine when he performed an illegal U-turn and drove against traffic on the highway. He was speeding excessively and swerved vehicles off their lanes before violently colliding with the car of Vladimir Dondotsko, who was driving lawfully. The court held Sabag responsible for causing Dondotsko's death due to his reckless and impaired driving behavior.
