Israeli Police Chase in Lod Leads to Discovery of 35 Illegal West Bank Residents

Border Police fighters and local police in Lod initiated a pursuit after a driver refused to stop and fled at high speed. During the chase, three suspects exited the vehicle and escaped to a hideout apartment. There, authorities found 35 residents from Judea and Samaria staying illegally in Israel. The driver, a 42-year-old woman from Jerusalem, was arrested. In a separate operation, the forces detained a minibus carrying 12 additional illegal residents, and the driver was taken in for questioning.
