XI Mobility Pucio League 2026 Kicks Off in Tel Aviv with Live Broadcasts

The XI Mobility Pucio League 2026, Israel's premier summer pucio ball championship, officially begins on July 11 at Frishman Beach in Tel Aviv. Matches for both the first and second leagues will run daily from 4 p.m. until August 15, with free public admission and live broadcasts on the Sports Channel 5. This popular beach sport league features dozens of top players from Israel and abroad, organized by the Association for the Promotion of Pucio Ball in Israel in cooperation with the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. The league's main sponsor this year is XI Mobility, a company specializing in importing and marketing international electric transportation brands including scooters, bikes, and motorcycles.

The competition is expected to be intense, with reigning Israeli champions the duo "A.B. Moreno", Ranan the Brazilian and Dudu Tubi, aiming to defend their title. They will face strong challengers such as the "Blue-White" pair Ron Ben Yishai and Maor Haas, who are multiple European champions. Additionally, Lilush Liberman will team up with Brazilian world champion Franklin under the name "Shahar Design," also contending for first place. The league includes several top Brazilian players like Bial, Davi, and Paulinho, alongside leading Israeli athletes including Ofek and Kai, Uri Gelbo, Harel Shoa, Dan Levin, and Yossi Drey.

At the conclusion of the leagues, the Israeli champions will be announced and will represent Israel in international tournaments. The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality actively supports beach sports along its 14-kilometer coastline, providing 55 pucio ball courts alongside volleyball, matkot, and surfing facilities. Two years ago, the city opened its first community water sports center at Dolphinarium Beach, promoting activities such as surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and rowing.

Deputy Mayor Tzipi Brand, responsible for the coastline and parks, emphasized the sport's integral role in the city's beach culture, stating it combines sport, community, tourism, and lifestyle, attracting players and fans worldwide. She highlighted the city's commitment to investing in pucio ball and establishing Tel Aviv-Yafo as a leading international destination for the sport, praising the beaches as Israel's most beautiful playground and pucio ball as a prime example of sporting excellence and unique atmosphere.
