XI Mobility Pucio League 2026 Kicks Off in Tel Aviv with Live Broadcasts

The 2026 XI Mobility Pucio League in Tel Aviv officially begins on July 11, with matches running through August 15 at Frishman Beach. The popular summer sport league, featuring dozens of players from Israel and abroad, will hold games daily from 16:00, all free to the public and broadcast live on the Sports Channel 5. Organized by the Israeli Pucio League Association in cooperation with the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality, this year’s league is sponsored by XI Mobility, a company specializing in electric transportation products.

The competition promises to be intense, with reigning Israeli champions the duo "A.B Moreno", Ranan the Brazilian and Dudu Tubi, aiming to defend their title. They will face strong contenders including the "Blue-White" pair Ron Ben Yishai and Maor Haas, multiple European champions. Another notable team is "Shahar Design," featuring Lilush Liberman and Brazilian world champion Franklin, expected to challenge for first place.

Top Brazilian players such as Bial, Davi, and Paulinho will join alongside leading Israeli athletes like Ofek and Kai, Uri Gelbo, Harel Shoa, Dan Levin, and Yossi Derei. The league will conclude with the crowning of Israeli champions who will represent the country in international tournaments.

Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality actively supports beach sports along its 14-kilometer coastline, providing 55 pucio courts alongside facilities for beach volleyball, matkot, surfing, and more. Two years ago, the city opened its first community water sports center at Dolphinarium Beach, promoting activities like surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and rowing.

Deputy Mayor Tzipi Brand emphasized the sport’s cultural significance, stating, "Pucio is part of the magic of Tel Aviv-Yafo’s beaches and an integral part of their identity. It combines sport, community, tourism, and lifestyle, attracting players and fans from Israel and worldwide. For us, it’s not just a sports league, it’s a way to strengthen the beaches as a vibrant, open public space year-round." She added that hosting the league helps establish Tel Aviv-Yafo as a leading international destination for pucio, highlighting the city’s beaches as Israel’s most beautiful playgrounds.
