Hapoel Be'er Sheva Demands Higher Fee for Kings Kangwa Amid Levski Sofia Offer
Hapoel Be'er Sheva is currently training in Poland ahead of the 2026/2027 season and preparing for the UEFA Champions League qualifiers. The club recently welcomed new signing João Victor, who will not play in the upcoming match against Omonia Nicosia. Meanwhile, Zambian star Kings Kangwa has been training with the team since Thursday and is expected to feature soon.
Levski Sofia has submitted an offer exceeding $2 million for Kangwa, but Be'er Sheva considers this insufficient. Owner Alona Barkat is reportedly aiming for a transfer fee of at least 3 million euros. As a result, the club is holding firm on its valuation and continues to rely on Kangwa for their Champions League qualifying campaign, where they will face the winner of the tie between Győr and Víkingur.
In addition to managing Kangwa's potential transfer, Be'er Sheva is actively seeking to strengthen its squad by recruiting a foreign left-back and center-back to support coach Ran Kozuch's team for the upcoming season.
