Indictment Filed Against Orich in the "Bild" Affair, Prosecutors Seek Removal From Any Facility With Classified Information
A severe amended indictment was filed today (Thursday) against Jonathan Orich, an adviser to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, on charges of transferring classified information, possessing classified information, and destroying evidence, with the aggravating clause of intent to harm state security, in the framework of the "Bild" affair. Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara and State Attorney Amit Isman announced their decision to file an indictment at the end of last month, after the arguments made by Orich's representatives in a hearing were rejected.
