Hundreds of Vizhnitz Yeshiva Students Protest Outside Israeli Attorney General's Office
Hundreds of yeshiva students and Torah scholars gathered in a large protest outside the Attorney General's office in Jerusalem under the banner "The Cry of the Torah." The demonstration was organized in response to perceived attacks on the Torah world and the detention of students. In an unusual move, the protesters arrived equipped with traditional study benches (gmarot) and banners, setting up a vibrant study hall atmosphere at the protest site. Participants engaged in Torah study while holding signs expressing their dissent. The event was documented by photographer Reuven Biala for YWN.
