Hapoel Be'er Sheva Stages Comeback to Beat Radomiak Radom 3-2 in Season Opener
Hapoel Be'er Sheva began their 2026/27 preseason preparations with a 3-2 victory over Polish side Radomiak Radom on Wednesday. Despite a slow start and trailing by two goals from strikes by Konate and Watra by the 35th minute, Be'er Sheva rallied before halftime with a goal from Mohammed Abu Romi.
Coach Ran Kozuch made several substitutions at halftime, introducing Marco Wolf, Yoav Koren, and debutant Niv Yehoshua, which helped the team gain control. Goals from Roy Levi in the 66th minute and Javon East in the 89th minute completed the comeback and secured the win.
Looking ahead, Be'er Sheva will face Omonia Nicosia on July 5 in their next preseason match, followed by a showdown against Maccabi Tel Aviv on July 16 for the Champion of Champions title. Their European campaign is set to begin on July 21.
