Hapoel Be'er Sheva Fans Ignite Season Opener Training with Passionate Support
Hapoel Be'er Sheva held its festive season-opening training session on Sunday, drawing hundreds of enthusiastic fans to the club's Park neighborhood training grounds. The professional staff, led by coach Ran Kozuch, had anticipated the event's brief duration and therefore conducted a full tactical training session earlier in the morning. When players took the field in the evening, supporters ignited flares, sang chants, and stormed the pitch to celebrate with the team, embracing players and staff and lifting them on their shoulders.
The spotlight was on the club's major summer signing, Brazilian midfielder João Victor, who arrived from the Hungarian league and received a particularly warm welcome. Fans also met other new additions to the squad, including Niv Yehoshua and Marko Wolf from Maccabi Petah Tikva, and Itay Rotman. Notably absent from the festivities were Dan Biton, who has yet to receive medical clearance to return to full activity, and Eliel Peretz, sidelined due to illness.
