13-Year-Old Severely Injured After Falling From Playground Equipment in Carmel Coast Youth Activity

A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured on Tuesday after falling approximately two meters from playground equipment during a youth movement activity in the Carmel Coast Regional Council area. Emergency services, including police and Magen David Adom paramedics, responded promptly to the incident. The boy received initial medical treatment on site before being transported to Rambam Hospital in serious condition with multiple injuries.
