13-Year-Old Boy Seriously Injured After Falling From Wooden Playground in Carmel Region
A 13-year-old boy was seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon after falling approximately two meters from a wooden playground structure during a youth movement activity in the Hof HaCarmel Regional Council area. At 16:18, Magen David Adom (MDA) received a report about the incident and dispatched paramedics and medics to the scene. The emergency responders provided initial medical treatment and transported the boy by intensive care ambulance to Rambam Hospital, where he was admitted with multiple traumatic injuries. Senior MDA medic Jorge Gafter, motorcycle unit medic Yossi Azulai, and medic Talia Sade described finding the boy conscious but lying on the ground, surrounded by other youths who were visibly shaken by the accident.
