OPPO Launches New Flagship and Foldable Phones in Israel, Challenging Samsung with High Prices

Ronlight, the official importer of OPPO in Israel, announced the launch of two new flagship smartphones: the OPPO Find X9 Ultra and the foldable OPPO Find N6. Both devices feature the advanced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and run on ColorOS 16, based on Android 16, incorporating extensive AI capabilities to enhance user experience in photography, creativity, and productivity.

The OPPO Find X9 Ultra is marketed as a "next-generation camera phone," boasting a professional-grade camera system developed in collaboration with Swedish camera maker Hasselblad. It includes a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and two periscope cameras (200MP and 50MP) offering up to 10x optical zoom. The front camera is 50MP with autofocus. It supports video recording up to 8K and 4K at 120fps and provides advanced editing tools. The phone features a 6.82-inch OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a large 7,050 mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging, and high durability with IP66, IP68, and IP69 water and dust resistance. Its retail price is set at 5,999 shekels.

The OPPO Find N6 enters the foldable smartphone market in Israel, directly competing with Samsung. It is notable for its slim and lightweight design, measuring approximately 4.2 mm thick when open, making it one of the thinnest foldables globally. It incorporates Zero Feel Crease technology to minimize the visibility of the screen fold. The device has an 8.12-inch foldable OLED internal display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6.62-inch external AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 3,600 nits, offering a near-regular smartphone experience when closed. Its camera system, also developed with Hasselblad, includes a 200MP main camera and 50MP ultra-wide and telephoto lenses. The Find N6 supports a stylus and multitasking, powered by a 6,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging. However, its price is notably high at 8,990 shekels.

Both models are now available through Ronlight and authorized retailers across Israel, marking OPPO's strategic push into premium and foldable smartphone segments in the Israeli market dominated by Samsung.
