Hapoel Be'er Sheva Disappointed with Ventura and Kangwa's Delay Ahead of Poland Training Camp
Hapoel Be'er Sheva is preparing for the upcoming season with hopes of defending their championship title. The team is set to depart for a training camp in Poland on Monday, with Lucas Ventura expected to join the squad at the start of the camp. However, there is disappointment within the club regarding the conduct of key midfielders Ventura and Kings Kangwa, as both have not yet arrived. The club hopes Kangwa will arrive by Wednesday at the latest to participate in training ahead of the upcoming UEFA Champions League qualifying matches.
The club expects both foreign players to join the camp immediately alongside the rest of the team, including Israeli players. Goalkeeper Niv Eliasi will travel with the team to Poland, although his future with Be'er Sheva remains uncertain; he will continue training with the team until a new club signs him. Injured player Ilon Almog will remain in Israel to recover and will not join the training camp.
The club's management is eager to have all players present to maintain team cohesion and readiness for the season's challenges, especially in European competition.
