IDF and Shin Bet Eliminate Hamas Naval Police Commander in Gaza
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Shin Bet killed Mansour Sami Mahmoud Shehatot, the commander of Hamas's naval police in central Gaza, two days ago. According to a joint statement, Shehatot was involved in planning terrorist attacks against IDF forces. Alongside him, two additional commanders from Hamas's naval police, which operates under the organization's military wing, were also killed. The three were armed and traveling in a vehicle, posing a threat to IDF troops deployed in the Gaza Strip.
