After a tight opening, Monaco built a nine-point lead in the second quarter, but Paris responded and finished the third quarter up by eight. Monaco then seized control with a 12-0 run to open the final period, posting an 11-28 fourth quarter to complete the turnaround and never relinquishing the lead again.
Jaron Blossomgame delivered one of the best performances of his career with 27 points. Yoan Makoundou added 18 points and 9 rebounds, while Elie Okobo contributed 12 points and 15 assists. For Paris, Justin Robinson scored 12 points and dished out 5 assists, which was not enough to prevent the loss.
Paris will remain in the EuroLeague next season, while Monaco’s future is less certain. According to most reports, Monaco is expected to open the 2026/27 season in the EuroCup, with hopes of returning to the EuroLeague later after completing its financial recovery plan.
