  • IDF identified ten Gazans killed in war as terror operatives.
  • These individuals were presented internationally as journalists.
  • They belonged to Hamas and Islamic Jihad military wings.
  • Some participated in the October 7th attack on Israel.
  • IDF plans to release more evidence and identities soon.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Thursday the identities of ten Gazans killed during the war who were presented globally as journalists and media professionals. According to the IDF, these individuals simultaneously served as operatives within the military wings of terror organizations in the Gaza Strip, primarily Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

The military stated that these ten individuals are the first to be exposed as part of an extensive research effort. The IDF claims these individuals, who were presented as journalists killed in IDF strikes, were actually affiliated with terror groups. Some of them, the IDF reported, even infiltrated Israeli territory during the October 7th attack.

The IDF clarified that this is only the beginning of the exposure, with more cases expected to be revealed soon. These additional revelations will reportedly include intelligence information, documents, photographs, and further evidence detailing their organizational affiliations and the roles they played. The military indicated that these individuals operated as terrorists by night and journalists by day.
