UK Hospital Analyst Shares Antisemitic Content, Hospital Responds

A senior analyst at a London hospital has shared antisemitic content on social media, including a cartoon depicting Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu pushing a coffin draped with a Palestinian flag into crematoria at a concentration camp. The analyst also reportedly posted in celebration after a rocket hit a home in Israel. The hospital where the analyst works has stated that it expects all employees to uphold the institution's values in their online activities but declined to confirm whether the individual, identified as Dr. Fageir, is still employed there.

The General Medical Council of Great Britain, where the doctor is still registered, has indicated it will investigate the matter if public trust in physicians is jeopardized. The UK's Department of Health and the NHS have pledged to eradicate antisemitism from the healthcare system, implementing a zero-tolerance policy and mandatory training programs for medical staff.

Following the controversy, the doctor has blocked their X (formerly Twitter) account. The hospital has not provided further comment on the employment status of the individual.
