Israeli Film 'Good Boys 3' Achieves Rare Trilogy Milestone

The Israeli film "Good Boys 3" has achieved a significant milestone, becoming the first Israeli film trilogy in 35 years to complete its run, since the "Abba Ganuv" series. The premiere of the third installment was held recently, hosted by producers Moshe Edri of United King Films and Yaki Reissner of Reisdor Productions.

The film's stars attended the premiere, including Maor Schweitzer, Niv Sultan, Irit Kaplan, Yadin Gellman, Moshe Ashkenazi, Naya Bienstock, and Yonatan Katan. Notably, Hollywood actor Michael Rapaport, known for his vocal support of Israel, also joined the cast for this installment.

Directed by Erez Tadmor, "Good Boys 3" expands its scope beyond Israel, with scenes set in New York. Tadmor explained that the trilogy explores different themes in each film: the first focused on Sephardi-Ashkenazi divides within the Haredi community, the second dealt with atypical children and their impact on matchmaking, and the third centers on the theme of money.

Tadmor described the film's message, stating, "What a comedy about love can touch on more than any heavy drama: not to teach us that love conquers money, but to remind us how it feels, for a moment, to choose it anyway."
