Israel Consulate Launches NYC Campaign Against 'False Documentary'

Ahead of the New York premiere of the film "Nezah," the Israeli Consulate in New York has launched a campaign to challenge the documentary's credibility. A vehicle equipped with large screens was stationed outside Lincoln Center, displaying messages questioning the film's content and methodology. The campaign's central message labels the film "propaganda disguised as a documentary."

Displayed messages urged "critical thinking" and raised specific points, asking "Who are the witnesses in the film? Anonymous"; "Were the claims verified? Not one"; and "Were explanations requested from the IDF? No."

The Consulate aims to undermine the film's claims by highlighting the alleged lack of verification and anonymous sources. The campaign seeks to prompt viewers to question the narrative presented in "Nezah."

Israel's Consul General in New York, Ofir Akunis, strongly condemned the film's creators, calling them "shameful people." He stated that Israel would not stand idly by or remain silent in the face of the creators' incitement against Israeli soldiers and the State of Israel.
