Man Critically Injured After Falling From Horse Near Arad
A man in his mid-twenties was seriously injured on Saturday after falling from a horse in a Bedouin area near Arad in the Negev desert. He was transported to Soroka Hospital in critical condition.
Paramedics from Magen David Adom initially treated the man at a local clinic in Arad before transferring him to the hospital. Medical teams reported that the man sustained a severe head injury and was disoriented upon their arrival.
"We arrived to find a man in his twenties, whose consciousness was disturbed and suffering from a serious head injury, after falling from a horse. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and transferred him to the hospital, while his condition was serious," said first responder Sa'ar Shachori of Magen David Adom.
The incident occurred in a Bedouin locality near Arad. Medical teams are continuing to monitor the injured man's condition at Soroka Hospital.
