The property was initially listed for 2.65 million shekels and remained on the market for about six weeks. The sellers were downsizing to a single-level apartment, and the buyers are a local family from the same neighborhood. The real estate agent, Liron Ish-Lev from RE/MAX Family Kiryat Motzkin, noted that while the sellers initially aimed for a higher price, she advised a more realistic valuation based on the current market. She facilitated the quick sale due to the sellers' motivation.

The buyers, who originally intended to renovate their existing home on the same street, decided to purchase this property after seeing the sale sign. Despite initial hesitation due to needing to sell their current home, Ish-Lev also took on that listing and managed to sell it about a month later, after the buyers had already secured the new property. The buyers recognized the home's potential, particularly its view, and plan to renovate it into their dream home.

Ish-Lev commented on the current market, stating there's a pause but expressing hope for improvement after the holidays. She described the present market as favorable for buyers, presenting opportunities for those who act wisely.
