Luxury Fashion Retailer EMANUEL Closes Two Flagship Stores in Israel

After decades of operation, the luxury fashion chain EMANUEL is closing two of its iconic stores in Israel. The Schuster Center branch, which operated for over 30 years, recently ceased operations. The Ramat Gan branch in the Raanana Mall, which served as the chain's home for nearly 25 years, will close permanently on September 28.

The company attributes these closures to a strategic decision to adapt its store network to the current retail landscape, noting that older commercial centers have lost their appeal as fashion hubs over the years. Despite these closures, EMANUEL is pursuing an expansion strategy, having opened five new branches in the past year with plans for three more in key locations.

In a special consumer event before the Raanana Mall store's final closure, it has been transformed into an outlet for a few days, offering significant discounts on international luxury brands. Notable items include an MM6 Maison Margiela skirt reduced from 2,700 shekels to 699 shekels, Anine Bing shoes from 2,490 shekels to 699 shekels, THEORY tailored pants from 1,997 shekels to 699 shekels, and a SEE BY CHLOÉ handbag marked down from 1,815 shekels to 699 shekels.
