Irish Player Calls for Boycott of Upcoming Match Against Israel

Knight, speaking after the Kosovo defeat, expressed his discomfort, saying, "I don't think this game should happen, but it is happening and we have to deal with it." Knight admitted that despite his experience, he finds himself in an unprecedented situation regarding this match. "I want to believe I have thick skin and can get through most things and that's what I'll try to do. I'll try to concentrate on the football as much as I can," he stated, aiming to focus on the sport amidst the controversy.
