Real Estate Firm Avissaror Taps Actor Yehuda Levi as New Brand Ambassador
In response to a challenging real estate market, Avissaror Group has appointed popular Israeli actor Yehuda Levi as the chief brand ambassador for all its residential projects. Levi, who has been associated with the company for two and a half years and previously promoted its ASHIRA project, will now represent the company's broader portfolio. This move coincides with the company appointing Dan Stern as its national marketing director. Stern previously served as marketing director for the ASHIRA project and as vice president of marketing and technology at Gindi TLV.
Two new advertising campaigns featuring Levi have been filmed. The first promotes four new projects in pre-sale located in Ashdod, Rehovot, Ashkelon, and Kiryat Gat. The second campaign focuses on furniture packages for projects in Ramat HaSharon, Lod, Beersheba, and Bnei Brak. Avissaror Group, which is currently building approximately 2,400 apartments and has a planned inventory of over 10,000 units, recently went public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in early August after 48 years as a private family company. The IPO raised about 530 million shekels, valuing the company at 3.2 billion shekels.
Avissaror's Deputy CEO, Yoram Avissaror, stated that Levi's long-standing association and genuine connection with the company made the expansion of their collaboration a natural step. Levi echoed this sentiment, noting that his personal purchase of a home in the ASHIRA project deepened his connection to the company, making the continued partnership feel natural due to the established trust and shared vision.
